Fin can, with MMT installed, top CR and top fin CR installed. Coupler installed. Fins tacked in waiting for internal filets

Fin can taped and ready for internal filets. It's easier to tape and not drip than have to clean up runny epoxy :)

Inside the top of the fin can. I haven't installed the top bulkplate in the coupler. I'm not sure I'm going to. I want to be able to use hybrids in this rocket, but the 300cc Hypertek, probably won't lift it. I'll need to use the 440cc and to do so the top of the hybrid is taller than the length of the fin can. I'm probably going to put a CR in place of the bulkplate with a 54mm hole in it.

This would be the bulkplate that I'd install if I did. Unfortunately, I've already epoxied the strap on the plate, so back fitting is going to take some thinking. I may just scratch the hybrid in this fincan and build another one or the PML Endeavour that I have as the hybrid rocket.

From the bottom without the CR's. Waiting for internal filets. I'm going to use west systems epoxy for this, but I didn't get any 406 filler :(... I want to use 406 for the filets.

Another shot of the 54mm MMT and fins waiting for filets. BTW, this is a G10 (1/16 I think), and Quantum Tube rocket.

Main body tube. NC would fit in this end. This is a CPR2K kit that I converted to a CPR3K kit. And then I converted that to include the Hawk Mountain upgrade for the CPR. this includes G10 CR's and altimeter tubes. These are installed already and I'll show you in a minute what they look like.

Main BT is split for the CPR3K. this shows both lenghts. You can see the little 1 7/8" coupler that is used to screw the two together. Actually there is a bunch more to this.

Insides of both BT's... You can just see the piston TN. There will be a piston in both sides with the CPR in the middle.

NC side, TN is folded back and in the middle of the top section of the ejection tube.

Bottom section, again, TN is folded back into the altimeter tube

This is the CPR side. You can see the G10 CR's in both sides. there is a fiberglass tube in both sides as well. These act as the ejection tube on the NC side and the altimeter tube on the fincan side. Big Blue anodized aluminum nut and threads screw the two sections together. The 1 7/8 coupler acts as a guide. There are o-rings on everthing to seal it all.

Bottom section, this has the threads and the upper section has the nut

Better view of the two parts that screw together with the altimeter to be installed mostly in the shorter part. Ejection holders are a part of the modular altimeter assembly
